Experience Required : 3 - 5 years
Degree Required : 4 Year Degree

Develop review and testing procedures
Design and perform compliance testing
Test compliance to policies and procedures
Review policies and procedures for adequacy
Analyze data for compliance trends
Prepare reports for CCO

Candidate Must Have :
* experience with activities supporting SEC Rule 206(4)-7 Compliance Program preferred
* experience with investment guideline monitoring a plus
* experience with activities supporting Mutual Fund SEC Rule 38a-1 Compliance Program a plus

At least 4 years of experience
