JOB DESCRIPTION:
Source, screen, test, interview and make recommendations to hiring managers for exempt positions.

Use electronic web-based recruitment tools to update Applicant Tracking system to reflect requisition and candidate activity.

Ensure completion of background checks and pre-employment drug screens

Extend offers in accordance with Company policies and procedures.

Participate in special recruiting initiatives as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS/WORK EXPERIENCE:

3+ years exempt recruiting experience

Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

Demonstrated experience with electronic/web recruitment tools

Ability to simultaneously manage up to 30 positions

EDUCATION:
Degree in HR or Business

Candidate Must Have :
* 3+ years exempt recruiting experience
* 4 Year Degree
