Chief Technology Officer who organizes, directs, controls and oversees the strategic planning, implementation and overall operation of information systems for a 50+ organization. The CTO will work very closely with the end-users, along with the senior management team, to develop guidelines that will ensure strategies and plans are in line with overall business and technical strategies and to coordinate efficient and cost-effective procurement, selection, installation, testing, training, and maintenance of technical environments. This position will lead the technology initiative and ensure effective, efficient and secure operation of all technology.

Experience in real time, high transaction, and critical availability within a global trading environment. Must have extensive knowledge of financial services industry, investment system experience a plus such as Bloomberg, TradeWeb and IPC Turrets.
Expertise in architecture, systems design and implementation. Demonstrated experience implementing system build out and or expansion.
Experience leading, developing, implementing, and operating technology solutions in a complex systems and operational environment.
