The Program Manager will provide program / project management oversight to some of company’s largest customers (Army, Navy, USMC, Air Force, National Guard, Gov’t agencies, and commercial customers). You will lead the client relationship for the program/project, manage costs, oversee scheduling, and ensure contract obligations are attained and superior performance of the programs. The size of these programs could range between $20 and $50 million. Your project team and collaborating partners include, Business Development, Capture Management, Engineering design and delivery, Contract Management.

Job Responsibilities:
• Lead an Integrated Project Team
• Lead the client relationship for the terms of the engagement
• Manage program budget/costs, schedule, and performance of programs
• Creates and manages complex program schedules
• Executes terms of contracts
• Mentors/manages program managers
• Expand program revenue through ECPs/ECNs

Qualifications:
• Most qualified candidates will possess a BS in a technical discipline
• 10+ years related engineering product program management experience supporting DoD & Government contracts, and commercial customers
• Knowledge of CSM system(s), and knowledge of contracts
• PMP certification
• Active US security clearance preferred

Candidate Must Have :
* BS Degree
* 10 years exp. with PM supporting Dod & Govt. contracts/commercial customers
* PMP - PMI Certification
* Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) & Statement of Work (SOW)
* Risk Management & Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
