Compensation: $62.00 - $65.00 / Hour

· 3+ years development experience with proven track record in solution delivery
o Knowledge of capital markets applications and/or market and reference data content
o Experience with mid and/or back office systems (data management, risk management, operations)
o Familiarity with Reuters and/or 3rd party market data feeds
o Solid experience of business analysis, data analysis and system specification development
o Experience with Quality Assurance and Control of web based composite software solutions
o Complex systems design and systems integration
o Software lifecycle management
· Educational Requirements
o Graduate calibre, with Computer Science or similar qualifications
o Additional credentials/certifications in the financial services industry are a definite plus
· Desired Technical and/or Functional skills
o Familiarity with analysis and design methods and tools (eg RUP)
o Experience of Test Planning and Test Execution for web based composite software products/solutions.
o Knowledge of QA Best practices
o Experience of financial markets application integration
o Familiarity with Microsoft technology stack and toolsets
o Experience with working with remote testing teams is a definite plus

· Other skills and abilities
o Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision across team and organizational boundaries
o Ability to document work to high standards
o Ability to communicate clearly internally and externally
o Experience with dealing directly with Reuters customers
o Proven track record on delivery
Business Analyst/Functional Specialists to anchor product specification/design and QA activity within a small focussed product delivery team. Becomes a member of a small customer-focused product development team

responsible for product and customer requirements analysis
Development of Product design specifications
responsible for Test Design, Test planning and Test execution of the product to high quality standards while maintaining the delivery schedule
Contributes to overall solution design, working within the overall technical architecture, Development track leads and Product Managers
Works closely with Product Management and customers to develop innovative solutions to product requirements
Adopts advanced software engineering tools and technologies to evolve future solution designs
Takes a professional approach to all aspects of software lifecycle management
