Windows Server Admin that have worked with Microsoft 2008 environment - This company has 500 server servers and prefers someone who has worked in similar environment - preferenace with clustering is also preferred.

Technical Skills Required
§ Install, configure, administer & support MS Windows NT/2000/2003 and 2008

operating systems for servers
§ Configure and administer MS Active directory, IIS, ISA, DNS, Wins and DHCP
§ Install, configure and support MS Exchange Server environment
§ Install, configure and support Compaq StorageWorks enterprise storage solution.
§ Install, configure and support Veritas NetBackup solution
§ Assemble, configure and support state-of-the-art server and associated peripherals.
§ Prepare and follow detailed technical project assessments and plans
§ Knowledge of networking (LAN & WAN) architecture and equipment (cabling, switches, hubs, etc). .

Minimum Job Qualifications
§ Proven knowledge/competency in the above Technical Skills requirements. Any technical certification (i.e. MCSE) in one or more of those skills is desired.
§ Bachelor of Science degree (or equivalent)
§ Minimum 3+ years full-time experience in a systems engineering or support role.
§ Must be able to work well as a self-starter, and be able to work well independently and in a team environment.
