Manage a holistically integrated portfolio of Wealth Management relationships. Generate, grow and retain client revenue through a comprehensive understanding of the clients’ financial objectives by building a team of experts around each client in order to offer the most appropriate solutions and alternatives to meet the clients’ objectives/needs. Build and maintain superior client relationships by anticipating financial needs through proactive and planned contact. Identify, generate and grow Wealth Management revenue for new and existing clients that meet and/or exceed the Wealth lens. Build and maintain a portfolio of clients by: · Helping clients define their financial goals and objectives by comprehensive profiling · Analyzing client’s current financial resources and financial position · Identifying appropriate solutions to help clients attain their objectives · Ensuring clients are introduced and partnered with appropriate specialists, inside and outside Wealth Management · Effectively closing sales for appropriate products and services. Obtain CFP designation and maintain by completing appropriate continuing education requirements. Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of benefits and features of all Wealth Management offered products, services and solutions to assist in the attainment of clients’ goals. Adherence to Wealth Management Value proposition and team delivery model and all other corporate policies and procedures. Maintain awareness of financial markets, concepts and investment strategies. Build relationships with both internal and external referral sources. Develop a network of contacts with local centers of influence through community involvement, professional and/or social organizations. Assist in the growth and development of the Wealth team by sharing business and financial expertise in a collaborative manner. Demonstrates proficiency in the proactive development of effective client relationships and internal partnerships. Required: Five or more years experience in the financial sales and/or service industry. Wealth Management experience preferred. Self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must maintain CFP designation or be working to obtain designation within two years from the placement in the position. Insurance; Series 7; 63 or 66 required.College degree or equivalent experience required. Computer proficiency required.
