Software Development and Architect with a minimum of 10 years experience in designing and building enterprise applications in Microsoft Windows environment. This position will report to directly to Director of Software Development.

Required Skills:
· Extensive background in Visual C++ and C# in Windows environment
Ø MS Visual Studio 2003, 2005 and 2008 required;
Ø MFC (Microsoft Foundation Classes) and STL (Standard Template Library), WPF, WCF
Ø WinForms
Ø WinSockets
· Strong back-end development skills with SQL, data design and relational concepts; Proven background with SQL Server 2005 a must
· Exhibit expertise with client/server architectures.
· Thorough knowledge and implementation of multi-threaded applications.
· In depth knowledge of IP based sockets (TCP and UDP)
· Must have technical strength with .NET WinForms, WPF and WCF
· Strong in XML concepts and usage
· Extensive understanding and proficient in object-oriented design, data analysis and system architecture
· Excellent Oral and written communication skills


major pluses:
· SNMP, network management
· DoD/DHS project experience

· Support of Field Support/Deployment Team, as required
· Support of Business Development and Pre-sales Team, as required
