Accounting:
• Consolidation Accounting
• Understanding of International GAAP practices as applicable to the transactions of the company.
• Reconciliations: Banks/ Inter company/ Creditor/ Debtor
• Global consolidation of revenue, expense and capital projections for Strategic Business Plan and Quarterly Forecasts.
• Creation of P&L reporting packages to be reviewed by head of Finance and Strategy and other Senior
• Finance managers
• Compilation of submissions to Group Controlling
• Improve existing planning processes
Compliance:
• Monthly/Quarterly and Annual information based on the reporting requirements
• Monitoring of ratios
• Establish budgets based on projections and variance in line with budgets
• Internal audit overview for identifying weaknesses in the system and working towards eliminating the same
• Information
• Analyze trends based on criteria established during the financial due diligence process
• Financial monitoring of projects for launch of product categories
• Monitoring and building a robust organization for debt collection and information monitoring – predicting and preventing delinquency
• Create information channels which embed the control process
Finance:
• Prepare and present the information needs of the investors
• Capable of leveraging the relationships established during the due diligence process
• Managing the flow of funds ensuring compliance with approved budgets
• Initiating the budgetary process for the future periods post funding and ensuring compliance there to
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree required, MBA a plus
• CFA/CPA preferred
• Knowledge in the Technical and Business side of the Telecoms/ Prepaid business
• MIS reporting
• Accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills required
