The successful candidate must have:
• 3+ Years of experience working as a Technical Lead.
• Must have experience with MS Project or similar, and proficient at driving project schedules.
• Excellent business analysis skills as well as excellent communication skills.
• Must have complete SDLC Experience.
• 5+ Years experience working with J2EE. Experience with high volume sites.
• 5+ Years experience working with Sybase/SQL. Knowledge of Oracle will be a plus
• 5+ years of experience working with UNIX.
• 2+ Years experience working with Swing. Web Start experience a plus. 2+ years experience working with JMS
• Experience with C, C++, or .NET a plus
• Proficient with Object Oriented Analysis and Design
• Perl knowledge is a plus.
• Experience working JBoss or other J2EE application server is a must.
• Experience working closely with internal and external business clients.
• Excellent communicator.
• Financial Industry knowledge and professional experience is a plus.
• Exposure to OTC derivatives trading is a plus.
• Experience working closely with business clients is a plus.
