Business Analyst - (US-NY-White Plains)

Compensation: $110K - $115K / Year

Specific Responsibilities:

Produce detailed functional requirement specifications from existing systems, previous drafts, and SME interviews
Conduct gap analyses
Ensure consistency of specifications across sub-systems
Provide input into user interface layouts and prepare mock-ups
Analyze workflow and produce process flow diagrams
Assist with test planning, execution and reporting, including writing, reviewing, and executing manual test scripts
Coordinate system releases to ensure thorough testing and roll out to customers
Write, revise, and edit client education, user, administrative, and support materials (user guides, quick reference guides, FAQs, training materials, online help)
Conduct user training workshops as required

Requirements:
The successful candidate must be able to combine:
At least three years’ experience as a business analyst
Thorough understanding of the software development life-cycle
Strong interviewing skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Attention to detail
Flexibility and attitude to achieve tight deadlines
Proven ability to work independently
Ability to manage small teams
Expertise in MS Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
Bachelor’s degree
Availability to travel to other offices: NYC (Midtown Manhattan), London (our Headquarters), Amsterdam, etc.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
· Understanding of OTC Derivatives a plus
· Ability to work with business stakeholders
· Expertise using HTML, Flash, and Help authoring tools
