Developers will participate in the design and implementation of new execution strategies and services, and the expansion of our platform into new markets and asset classes.

A successful candidate will:

* Have superior core Java development skills
* Be very smart, curious and interested in trading and finance
* Be comfortable with quantitative concepts, ideally with some
training in mathematics or the hard sciences
* Have experience developing for algorithmic or program trading systems
* Have experience with global equities, derivatives, or foreign
exchange trading systems and environment
