Experience Required : 5 - 10 years

� Provide leadership and deliver stable and flexible database designs for high performance, following SDLC;
� Present architecture solutions and value-added services, complying with the Company's data management policies and procedures;
� Facilitate JAD sessions in business requirements gathering, data capturing and analysis, and business rule identification;
� Assist application teams in data/process modeling, data mapping and data conversion, and architecture determination;
� Contribute data management and architecture consulting services to the Bank's application teams and business users;
� Offer re-engineering assessment, and system integration and consolidation considerations;
� Engage in software evaluations from a data architecture perspective, and contribute to corporate data governance and administration;
� Administer and maintain effective project management and risk control for projects supported;

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS DESIRED:
� 5 years hands-on solid experience in data modeling; Process modeling and OOAD experience a plus
� Experience in facilitation of JAD sessions
� Excellent interpersonal skills
� Knowledge of relational database technology (e.g. DB2, Oracle, Sybase, or, SQL Server)
� Familiarity with operating systems (e.g. MVS, UNIX, or, Windows)
� Experience with tools and techniques generally practiced by DA's in the industry; Knowledge of Erwin a plus
� Have basic understandings of data governance principles and conventions
� Strong experience with SQL
� Experience in data architecture and other data management services, e.g. data warehousing
� Knowledge in financial services industry a strong plus

"This job holder will be the focal point that provides database design and support services to applications. S/he will build flexible and scalable database designs for high performance. S/he will enforce best practices and principles of data architecture while complying with the Company's data management policies and procedures. S/he will be responsible for architectures solutions mainly with a line of business focus. This position will also involve in software evaluations from a data architecture perspective and contribute to the process of corporate data governance and administration.

5 - 7 years experience required. Have strong skills and experience on logical and physical data modeling, and requirements gathering process. S/he should have an in-depth knowledge of LOB (Line Of Business) data architecture, and knowledge of various database disciplines. Proficient with usage of data architectural case tools. Have basic understandings of data governance principles and conventions. Strong experience with SQL. Experience in financial industry.
