Exciting Leadership opportunity with the Compensation team
supporting the Mortgage and Retail Credit organization within the General Bank. This role will identify value added compensation initiatives that support the goals and objectives of the Mortgage and Retail Credit segment, and ensures alignment with the overall compensation strategy. Will also provide expert consulting to HR Business partners and line of business leaders on a wide range of complex and highly visible compensation topics.

Candidate Must Have :
* Bachelor's degree and 8 plus years of progressively responsible compensation experience preferred
* Proven expertise in market pricing and leading complicated incentive design processes within the mortgage banking industry
* Proven experience within large, complex organizations
* Familiarity with executive compensation design and administration
