Reporting to the Global Vice President of Human Resources, the individual will provide leadership to the Total Rewards and HRMS function by developing and delivering compensation and benefits related services to a broad spectrum of employees across various organization levels. As a member of the Senior Human Resources Leadership Team, this position encompasses all aspects of a director level including leading and management of projects and initiatives, managing customer relationships, directing service delivery with compensation and benefits teams, and demonstrating thought leadership in building total rewards methodologies and approaches. 

The Director will focus on development and execution of compensation strategies in both existing and developing businesses as well as partner with our Corporate Offices in developing Compensation and Benefits Programs relating to Executive Compensation, Stock Options Administration, Incentive Plans, Company-Wide Reward Programs and Human Resources Information Management Systems. The Director is responsible for supporting activities associated with HR Systems including Oracle, KRONOS and Reward and divisional administration of corporate employee benefits, welfare and compensation programs. 

Ten plus years of experience in HR/Finance 

Competence in: 
Total compensation and performance management programs/systems employee benefit plan development/management employee communication 

HR systems/general technology use, process improvement and project management. 

Interest in learning and having impact on other aspects of the Human Resources function. 
Proven Senior Leader focused on team engagement and employee development. 

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources or related field of study; Masters' in HR specialty and CCP preferred

10 years of experience
