The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the products within the Purpose Finance Group specifically Auto, RV, Marine, and other secure and unsecured purpose products. Their primary focus will be the day-to-day execution of the purpose product strategy. For all secured purpose products, they will be responsible for product portfolio revenue and profitability. The position is also responsible for business case development of strategic initiatives, process improvement and credit policy analysis and recommendations.
Other key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, financial analysis, reporting, developing and executing complex projects and communicating and presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
Successful candidates must have a bachelor’s degree, a minimum 5 years of relative experience in auto lending, financial services, financial analytics, project management, and/or product/marketing management. Additionally, having an understanding all disciplines involved in running a business and formal credit training is beneficial.
Candidate Must Have :
Must have strong financial analysis background pricing experience
Must have banking background
Must have strong business analytics background
