• Bachelors degree in information technology-related major required
• At least six years of business analysis experience is required.
• Detailed knowledge of technical solutions, results-orientation, a focus on delivering tangible improvements through technology, and an entrepreneurial approach to solving problems.
• Can demonstrate a record of creating and managing detailed organizational systems within a global environment, and coordinating projects across a diverse group of stakeholders.
• High sense of urgency with ability to drive results.
• Must be detail-oriented, extremely organized, and have exceptional writing and communication skills.
• Ability to think critically, problem solve and support stakeholders in an entrepreneurial environment
• The ability to operate effectively, and with a sense of possibility, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• The ability to adapt communication styles and content depending on the audience
