The person we're looking for is bright, quick-thinking, loves to solve problems and can learn quickly. We are looking for team-oriented people who are not afraid to present their own ideas and help us figure out how to do things better. Basically, someone with an entrepreneurial spirit.

They must be able to handle a startup environment where things are fast-paced and everyone juggles many balls simultaneously.

The Data Analyst is responsible for working with Fortune 1000 clients across multiple industries, including retail, e-commerce, content/media, travel and financial services, to gather requirements, analyze client data sources, and determine appropriate mappings and transformations for internal ETL processes and usage in our patent-pending consumer behavioral predictive engine.

As a key member of our data integration team, the Analyst will be responsible for coming up with innovative solutions to unique data challenges.

The Analyst must be skilled in using SQL to analyze and report on various data metrics, determine relational integrity, and assist in strategies to cleanse and transform data. The Analyst will work closely with developers in cases where development is required to meet client requirements.

Qualifications:
3+ years data analysis experience required
5+ years business/data analyst overall experience required
Data warehousing, OLAP or ETL experience required
Strong SQL experience required
Experience writing queries to verify relational data integrity required
Requirements gathering experience required
Retail, e-commerce, content/media or financial services experience required
Must have superb verbal, writing, and overall communication skills

Consulting experience at a Big 4 (E.g., Accenture) or similar consulting firm a strong plus
Knowledge of statistical and data mining techniques highly preferred
