Source, screen, interview and make candidate recommendations to hiring managers in diverse client groups.

� Creatively source candidates; ensure vendors and other sources are appropriately screened and their services appropriately retained.
� Screen, test and interview candidates; ensure that all appropriate pre-employment requirements are satisfied before extending offers.
� Ensure background checks and pre-employment drug screens are completed before extending offers.
� Extend offers on behalf of the Company and hiring manager in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
� Use electronic/ web-based recruitment tools as required
� Update Applicant Tracking System in a timely manner to ensure the system accurately reflects requisition and candidate activity.

Candidate Must Have :
* Bachelors Degree
* 4+ years recruiting experience
