Web Development & Client Relationship Management (CRM) Applications

Analyst/Tester is responsible for test planning, generation and execution of test cases and scripts for Web and Client Relationship Management applications (CRM)

The right candidate will validate functionality and business rules in calculation, financial planning and reporting engines based on requirements and use cases
Create, execute, track and report on functional and integration test cases generation and execution of assigned modules
Responsible for execution of end-to-end testing, integration and functional testing and assigned; tracking and reporting on test case execution
Generate test data per use case and per test case; find, report and retest defects
Work closely with teams of developers throughout the entire development life cycle, to elicit and manage requirements, develop test strategies and test plans, ensure product quality, provide consulting on quality techniques, and ensure adherence to proper software development procedures
Work on department-wide activities such as process improvements efforts, will gather and report on quality metrics, and will participate in pre-and post-implementation reviews
Candidate must have 5+ years experience on Software Quality assurance and requirements management, and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced multi-tasked environment
Proficient knowledge of QA methodologies, Software Testing Best Practices, and SDLC
Knowledge of application development standards, tools, and utilities required
Prior QA work experience in financial industry and familiarity with Web Based application and CRM product
Prior experience using Mercury Test Director.
