Global professional services firm, US headquartered, is trying to hire someone with experience handling the technology of a global merger. This is not a rule restricted to infrastructure. Your experience must encompass the totality of the merger.

80% travel expected
Consulting experience required.
Can be based anywhere in the US--proximity to a major airport.
