The individual will work very closely with the sales and services teams to understand existing relationships, key client personal and determine next steps forward for strategic clients. Although product knowledge is an important qualification, having a sales background is key due the demand to engage with the client’s senior management, and establish and maintain relationships

The Relationship Managers primary responsibility is managing Company customer expectations and maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. Additionally, administers and insures compliance with all company standards, policies and procedures. The Relationship Manager reports directly to the SVP of Client Services.



Responsibilities
Customer Profiling
Acquire a comprehensive knowledge of each customer organization.
Collaborate with other lines of businesses to identify the selling of additional modules, services, or development opportunities.
Team with Account Managers to deliver co-ordinated Account Strategies in order to increase current revenue streams and drive up Customer Satisfaction.
Cultivate Customers for reference site visits
Relationship Management
Maintain a regular schedule of customer site visits engaging the operational managers servicing the customers business.
Add value to the customer relationship by providing Support Service Management.
Management of Case Reconciliations
Escalation and Incident Management
Custom Development SLA Management
Resolving Customer Complaints
Deployment Planning
Attend User Group Meetings and entertain clients as appropriate.
Assist with the promotion of UGM and actively engage and encourage clients to attend.
Manage the Handover process from PS to CS, engaging client stakeholders and professional services alike, appraising the customer on CS Service procedures and standards/tools.


Customer Satisfaction


Requirements

Baccalaureate or Graduate degrees in Business, Finance or Computer Science or relevant work experience
Strong customer support skills with demonstrated ability effectively dealing with escalated customer concerns.


Experience
Approximately 4–7 years experience with financial products in a sales, support, development, or consulting environment
Previous project/customer management experience

Travel required 25%-40%
