* Budgeting
* Forecasting
* Business Case Analysis
* Identifying cost savings and efficiency opportunities
* Developing recommendations

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related area required.
- CPA required.
- Big 4 or Large Regional Firm audit experience required.
- Strong knowledge of finance with 2-4 years experience in Accounting or Financial Analysis required.
- MBA preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
- Experience with project management systems preferred.
- Must be a strategic thinker with strong influencing skills.
- Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills; must possess an ability to make quick decisions and use good judgment.
- Must possess a high sense of urgency and work ethic.
- Must be a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision, with the expectation of working as a motivated and cooperative team member.
- Must be detail oriented, reliable, and financially responsible.
- Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo.
- Demonstrated excellent PC skills and detailed knowledge of MS Office including Microsoft Excel.
