Emphasis is on Recruitment for Technical and non-Technical positions at all levels. Experience in Banking is required.

There are two Sr. HR Generalists. This position opening is 80% Recruitment, and will back up the other Sr. HR Generalist with regard to Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation, New Hire Processing, Strategic Planning. Will attend job fairs.
