Candidates must have strong front end J2EE backgrounds and should have JSP and Jscript experience. Most of the customization is front end development.

Candidates MUST have experience with BPM tools and how they map business processes.

Candidates MUST have strong RDBMS skills in Oracle/Sybase/Sql Server.

Implementation Specialists are responsible for the full project life cycle including best practices. They work through analysis, design, configuration and customization, testing, training and education and finally into production and support. Candidates who have working knowledge of Agile development are preferred.

The firm develops Back Office trade settlement software. Candidates should have an understanding of back office topics like trade operations, custody, cash management, reconciliation, trade match and exceptions etc.

Candidates who have worked at client sites on implementations are good candidates as well as candidates who have worked on the in house side with similar subject matter who are open to this type of work.
