Minimum requirements:
* Fluency in Core Java
* Experience with Java GUI toolkits (Swing, AWT etc)
* 4+ years of software development experience with emphasis on Java
* BS in Computer Science, or equivalent (advanced degrees a plus)
* Passion for building top-quality user-interface products
* Strong communication skills
* Proactive, driven to excel at getting things done on time
Preferred:
* Familiarity with market data concepts, trading technologies and technical experience of systems used within the capital & financial markets is a big plus
