Exchange Traded Derivatives Business Analyst - (US-NY-New York)

Client facing role with responsibility for the implementation and configuration of our solutions within our customer’s environment. Experience of working in the Derivatives Reconciliations / Exception Management environment is an advantage. Understanding of a Derivatives trade lifecycle and how this impacts the reconciliation process is essential.

As a key member of the project team you will be required to

Develop strong relationships with clients
adhere to Project governance model
travel to/from client site as necessary for project
escalate issues to project manager timely
gather, document and interpret business requirements,
gain customer understanding and acceptance of completed documentation
translate these business requirements into a solution document
configure the application to deliver each of the documented requirements
conduct and document unit/system test
assist customer define and conduct their testing
demonstrate strong problem solving techniques
define and execute migration and production cutover tasks.

Qualifications:

3-5 years experience in a financial services back office environment and/or experience gained within a reconciliations, case management and exception processing organization. Knowledge of reconciliation, cash management or exception processing and software a definite advantage.
