 Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture & Design, Business Architecture 
 Technology consulting, pre-sales and project management 
 Application integration, web & portal application development. 
 Knowledge of design patterns, frameworks, UML and Architecture documentation 
 Expert level skills in design & development of solutions based on BizTalk , MOSS, .NET, C# and SharePoint 
 12- 16 years of industry experience in Application architecture, design & development. 
 Hands-on experience of at least 3 years in one or more of the following technologies – Microsoft.NET, Visual Studio.NET, ASP.NET, Winforms/Thick clients, C#/VB.NET, Biztalk Server, SQL Server 
 Desired: 2- 3 years of experience in Service Oriented or Web Services architecture using Microsoft technologies 
 Desired: Knowledge/ Expertise in Cloud computing, SaaS. 
 .Net specific skills: 
o Knowledge of common .NET architecture patterns 
o Knowledge of the .NET framework - Data Access framework (ADO.NET), Presentation layer frameworks (ASP.NET, Windows Forms), .NET Remoting, Enterprise Services, Windows Services 
o Knowledge of .NET Web Services and WSE 
o Knowledge of Enterprise Library Application Blocks (nice-to-have) 
o Knowledge of XML/XSL/XSD
