• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in Information Technology 
• Minimum of 2 years serving as lead developer 
• Minimum 4 years of development experience using Microsoft Visual Studio Suite 
• Minimum of 4 years programming experience in an object-oriented SOA Environment 
• Minimum of 4 years working in a multi-tier environment 
• Experience designing graphical user interfaces and user interactions 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate at both general and technical levels
