• Key member on client teams advising clients on a variety of business process issues that help identify, assess, manage and measure the organization's capabilities in the following domain areas: 
o Retail Brokerage 
o Traditional Wealth Management – Financial Advisors 
o Retirement/Pension/Trust 
o Private Banking 

• Leverage current and development new industry acumen to bring wealth management leading practices coupled with technology solutions to clients facing a broad range of challenges in the following areas: 
o Client and Advisor Services 
 Sales and Marketing/Prospecting 
 Product Development (asset classes, managed accounts – SMA, UMA, mutual funds, etc.) 
 Financial Planning/Goals Analysis – FA workstation/tools, modeling 
 Portfolio Construction and Execution 
o Front Office/Middle Office 
 Order/Trade Management 
 Securities Processing and Operational Efficiencies 
 Cash Management/Money Movement 
o Back Office 
 Accounting and Reporting 
 Compliance and Regulatory Reporting 
 Reference Data 

Technology Solution Enablement Focus: 
• Lead sub-workstreams in the systems development life cycle from target operating model strategy, business requirements definition, platform selection, design, testing, conversion through benefits realization. 
• Execute on key activities under a broader strategic solution enablement plan on an engagement owning delivery of key artifacts and work products. 
• Develop specific subject matter knowledge within the solution enablement domain (requirements analysis, proof of concept, conversion strategy, testing strategy, etc). including industry/platform domains (Charles River, Thompson Beta, etc). 
• Leverage standardized solution enablement methodology during the design and integration/implementation phase. 
• Develop technology acumen within the wealth management industry on architecture blueprint, data model/analysis, and system design and blueprint. 
• Team with client technology professionals, and/or third-party strategic alliances to provide implementation of technology support. 

Qualifications 
To qualify, candidates must have: 
• A Bachelor's degree 
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience working at a financial services company or comparable experience working as an advisor to a financial services company. 
• Experience working in a wealth management/retail brokerage, broker/dealer, registered investment advisor, and/or private banking firm/company or as a Management Consultant in one of these companies. 
• Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies 
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50%-70% 
• Experience in the following areas: 
o Definition of business and technical requirements 
o Design of business and technology architecture 
o System design 
o System selection and implementation support 
o Data mapping and conversion 
o Proof of concept 
o Quality assurance and testing 
o Business and IT process reengineering 
o Program/project management and implementation planning (PMO) 
• Previous Project experiences in: 
o Management reporting enhancement 
o Enterprise application integration 
o Custom development 
o Package Implementation 
o Reconciliation redesign or improvement 
• Previous Application/Package experience in any of the following: 
o Geneva 
o Eagle 
o Murex 
o Charles River 
o SunGard Opus 
The successful candidate should possess strong knowledge of and experience in executing all phases of the technology life cycle
