Must know all layers and have Constructed and have Led several full cycle development and maintenance Projects…resume must scream quality and relevance…Not a Coder position…but the following points will the keys: 

Strong Knowledge of PHP, LAMP (including MySQL) ---NOT a coding position but strong knowledge required 
Agile environment, Scrum and such would be handy 
UNIX/LINUX----Definitely UNIX --environment experience 
Team player...well-documented experience working with teams 
LEADERSHIP MOJO…..must be a clear Lead 
STRONG WEB ARCHITECT…..resume must SCREAM WEB ARCHITECT 
Typically this candidate will have at least 8 years industry experience
