Salesforce Practice Lead - (US-Western USA)

Compensation: $140K - $160K / Year

· At least 5 to 7 years in CRM. 
· Must have at least 3 years of SalesForce.com experience/exposure. 
· At least 12 years work experience 
· Well above average written and verbal communication skills. (Will be tested. Must be an 8 or above on a scale of 1-10) 

Business Development: 

Must Have 
· Demonstrated ability to craft a compelling value proposition for CRM technology services 
· Strong presentation skills (will be tested) 
· 3 to 5 years in a BD role in a technology services firm 


Delivery: 
Must have: 

· 2+ delivered CRM projects (sales, service, marketing) in a onshore/offshore model. 
· 5+ years project delivery leadership (project manager, engagement manager) experience. 
· Solid knowledge of SDLC (nice to have here would be some Agile experience) 

The role is to run the SalesForce.com practice in the Western Region.
