The person should be a senior level resource with manufacturing domain understanding because they will need to interface with the business as well as infrastructure and development teams. 

· Hands on experience in Solution Architecture. Able to bring Best practices to the table. Able to deliver project with All deliverables fitting into an Agile Business rule development. 
· Good knowledge in Manufacturing Domain. 
· Rich experience in Business process modeling (UML modeling) and able to extract Rules. 
· Good Hands on experience in IBM ILOG Jrules 
· Scenario Service Provider (SSP) : Able to setup Test scenarios and transfer knowledge to business domain users 
· Good knowledge in WebSphere Administration and Rule Execution server configuration. 
· Rule Studio (RS) : Help setup project structure 
· Rule Team server (RTS) : Help setup Governance 
· Rule Execution Server (RES) 
· Decision Validation Services (DVS) 
· Rich experience with Java, J2EE and web technologies. 
· Knowledge on at least one SOA / web services technologies. 
· Knowledge in XML, XSD, WSDL, SOAP 
· Very good Knowledge of data maps/integration objects/workflows etc. 
· Good communication and mentoring skills 
· Excellent analytical and presentation skills. Ability to multi-task (e.g., handle multiple projects at once).
