1) Architected and Designed full scale enterprise security stack, using OIM, 11g. Worked with technical teams (applications, infrastructure, security), to gather as-is systems requirements, and created new greenfield to-be solutions, based on best practices of OIM, and use established of industry patterns. 

2) Identify as-is design anomalies, and apply best practice designs to alleviate Cost of Ownership issues.
