Minimum 5 years of IT experience in a combination of IT business analysis. Prefer 2 years of experience in full life-cycle management of small to large scale web-based application development Prefer 4 years of IT business analysis or support positions with high-level problem solving and functional system and/or project delivery experience Proven ability to manage and develop relationships with vendors and clients Proven ability to troubleshoot and facilitate resolution to application issues as either a SME or business analyst Prior involvement in managing multiple projects concurrently effectively and efficiently Proven written and oral presentation skills
