The Development & Deployment Tools team is responsible for creating a standardized infrastructure for building and deploying large-scale mission critical systems. This includes customizing the development and build environments for UI, business logic libraries, and SOA services, as well as the definition and development of a toolset for system configuration, privileging, release management, and dependency management in an effort to ensure systems are deployed in a safe, structured, and accountable fashion.
The ideal candidate will be capable of taking ownership of complex problems and driving themselves and others to define and implement solutions in a structured and safe manner.

Candidates should
Have experience in Visual Studio plug-in/automation, C#, WCF, WF, SQL, and mastery of dealing with large highly complex projects.
Be able determine the evolution of the product and define functional and technical goals and be able to plan and manage projects to successful completion.
Build, manage and continuously enhance the capabilities of a high performance development team, including talent recruitment, employee development and performance management.
A demonstrated ability to identify and address system risks is preferred.
