- Strong knowledge in evaluation of technologies and systems, e.g. open source and proprietary.
- Strong knowledge of computer technologies and effective software development methodologies.
- Strong effective communicator and able to gain consensus in situations with different needs and objectives. Very senior role. Must have exception written and oral communications skills Broad nowledge or experience with financial systems a plus - not a person who was siloed in one or two areas most of his/her career, but has broad experience and knowledge.
