Consultants must be “Big 4” or equivalent trained professionals who have an interest in how business processes work and interact. In addition, consultants need to apply their experience and skills in project and program management while exhibiting leadership in marketing, sales and/or service process re-engineering and proven experience in the implementation of process, technology, and organizational change. Finally, consultants also need to have a working knowledge of at least one industry (preferably banking, financial services, insurance, manufacturing and logistics and have a deep understanding of the customer lifecycle (pre and post sales responsibility including delivery). Qualifications: BA is required, Master Degree or Equivalent preferred Three years strategic management or IT consulting experience in any of the following areas –Process improvement, process simplification, Lean, Six-Sigma, IT alignment: IT strategy and vision formulation, gap analysis, business case development, investment prioritization, planning; -business transformation. Evaluating and improving the customer or CRM specific processes, tools and methods of an enterprise; -IT enablement: enabling business capabilities through innovative CRM and social technologies; CRM optimization: Defining business cases and plans to execute the consolidation of CRM hardware, software, data and technology operations to the Cloud; or CRM IT management and delivery; or CRM transformation, leadership, governance, sourcing, measurement, organization structure, merger integration, and global CRM management. Preferred Skills: • 5 + years’ experience working with clients in a consulting firm environment (e.g. strong relationships, influence over direction). • Strong understanding of industry operations and dynamics through experience in a specific industry. • Experience leading or managing small teams effectively and planning/structuring CRM analytical work. • Strong program and project management experience. • Strong written and verbal skills are preferred. • Experience working on a team or individually.
