Job ID: | Job-0874 | Job Title: | Professional Services Director | location: | Hoboken, NJ | Jobtype: | Permanent | Rate: | up to $140K +bonus | Description: | Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in managing a technical support team, with a client facing Software Company. • In depth knowledge of Java and SQL. • Ability to devise, lead and present customer training sessions. • Proven leadership experience in the area of customer support, daily management of support team, defining customer support processes and requirements and working cross functionally within a global software company. • Strong analysis and problem solving skills. • Strong communication skills • Additional languages - an advantage. • Domestic and international travel - ability to be on-site at customer locations for the installation of products, performing gap analysis, user training, integration and installation. Responsibilities: • Day-to-day management of the technical support and professional services team • Manage team schedules, product release management and customer contact • Review and evaluate proposed solutions to ensure technical feasibility and timely implementation. • Document and implement the transfer of technical and business requirements to client banks. • Oversee the training of bank staff in the use and application of firm's software. • Responsible for daily production support, quality assurance/testing, and product implementations. • Pre-sales support; on and off-site and supervising the completion of RFIs, RFPs and related documentation Email resume in Word to TheBigGameHunter@cisny.com.
