Description: This position would be overseeing and managing back office operations of Money Transfer, Investigation and Compensation and Customer Service. This position would also be responsible for marketing Clearing products and services. We are looking for a person who has a money transfer / customer service background. We are looking for an operations person as opposed to a marketing person. 

EXPERIENCE: 7-10 years of experience in banking back office operations with a detailed understanding of CHIPS and Fed wire processing. 
Knowledge of SWIFT messages and message types related to Money Transfer, Trade Services and Investigation / Compensation as well as the associated procedures and ISFA rules. 
The candidate will have extensive contact with other bank offices and clients for effective and profitable marketing of new products and the enhancement of existing products. 

SKILLS: Excellent written and verbal communication skills and formal presentation skills. 
The ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel including overseas offices. 
Provide outstanding customer service to other banking offices. 
Develop and establish key relationships with overseas offices and correspondent banks. 
Proactively assist with complex customer needs. 

Travel to Asia and possibly Europe for marketing of USD Clearing products and services (Approximately 8 weeks per year).
