Description: Responsible for product demonstration to ensure solution understanding via web and/or onsite presentations. Collaborate with sales, technical support, operations, engineering and management to achieve stated goals throughout the whole product introduction of the sales cycle. 

Job Responsibilities: 

? Produce high-quality presentations based on product functionalities. 

? Update and revise necessary files according to prospect presentation. 

? Create and edit multi-page/multi-section documents using templates to fit prospects presentation and graphs, charts. 

? Proofread completed projects to ensure quality and accuracy. 

? Collaborate with team members on complex or special projects. 

? Maintain all demonstration tracking data. 

? Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information. 

? Communicate with manager and client on job or deadline issues. 

? 40% travel US, Canada and some Caribbean countries. 


Minimum requirements: 

2 or more years of relevant work experience on issue/advise/draft language, amend, examine, transfer, assign, pay and process fees for the most complex Commercial Letters of Credit and Standby Letters of Credit. 

Ensure compliance with Uniform Customs and Practice (UCP), and International Standby Practices (ISP), and International Standard Banking Practice (ISBP). 

Understanding compliance with bank policies, procedures and various government regulatory agencies including U.S. Department of Commerce Anti-Boycott Provision, U.S. Treasury Department Office of Foreign Assets Control Regulations, Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Patriot Act, and Sarbanes-Oxley. 

Understand the process of payments via DDA, Fedwire, Foreign Currency Demand Accounts, and Cashier’s Check. 

Understand the banking system inquiries and tracers from customers, other departments, and correspondent banks normally collected by telephone, fax, telex, email, and SWIFT. Understand the process of bank’s inquiries, customers, forwarders, and correspondent banks regarding the status of the transaction. 

Ability to anticipate, plan and independently prioritize work to meet the productivity, error rate and operational loss standards for Trade Service Operations. 

Adhere to processing deadlines established to ensure compliance with the department’s demonstrations and request for information and commitments. 

Provide outstanding presentation of the products at all times. Complete duties, meet deadlines and enhance projects as assigned by management. 





Summary of Requirements: 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

• Exceptional customer service skills. 

• Able to present in front of 5-10 people. 

• Expert skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 

• Knowledge of specialized in trade applications (Trade finance a plus). 

• Knowledge of PC platforms, and the ability to work in and convert files. 

• Strong knowledge of grammar and composition rules required for editing and 

proofreading material. 

• Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality, and a critical eye in 

terms of aesthetics 

• Typing skills of at least 55 wpm with a high level of accuracy. 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. 

• Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines. 

• Ability to answer RFI's or RFP's.
