Description:    • 5+ years hands on software development experience w/ Proven ability to lead a technical services project team 
• Ability to translate customer needs into technical and operational solutions 
• Ability to handle/manage multiple simultaneous engagements 
• Highly motivated with strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and writing skills 
• PMP or equivalent work experience in project management 
• Proficient in DBA, .NET, SQL and related technologies 
• Proficient in healthcare technology standards including HITSP CCD, HL7, LOINC, RxNorm 
• Experience with clinical information systems and health information exchange preferred 
• Knowledge of healthcare enterprise IT infrastructures, configuration, and management 
• Knowledge of Healthcare IT security technologies and best practices including HIPAA • Dictionary mapping experience preferred 
• BA/BS in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
