Description:    Required skill sets include: 
• Business Knowledge: 
? Strong background in real time trading systems development. 
? Experience with pricing, risk analytics applications 
• Technical Skills: 
o Programming 
? 3+ year experience with high performance GUI trading system design using C# and WPF 
? Strong knowledge Microsoft based GUI controls and other gui package such as Infragistics components 
? Experience with WPF Charting controls 
? Strong experience of user interface design and screen real-estate management 
? Strong knowledge of multithreaded programming 
o Object Oriented Design Skills 
? Good understanding of OO design, design patterns and best practices 
o Architecture 
? Experience in systems utilizing 3 tier architecture 
? Experience with systems requiring concurrency. 
? Usage of industry standard middleware and messaging software. 
o Communication 
? Strong written and verbal skills. 
? Ability to articulate GUI design concepts. 

Preferred but not required skill sets: 
• Experience w/ TDD 
• Experience w/ Java 
• Experience w/ WinForms
