Description:    The director of a quantitative strategy group in the Equity stat Arb area needs a Technologist who has experience solving technolgy problems in a large,disciplined tech group. Must be proficient in all areas of SW processes (architecture,design, process flows , DB modeling etc.). 

Java or C++ background is okay but the work will be done in Python,KDB and Q 

The director feels a smart technologist can learn the technology quickly. 

Stable backgrounds only 

The person should not want to be a researcher but a hands on technology problem solver
