Description:    Desired Skills & Experience 
• Bachelor’s degree 
• 2 - 5 years in developing and maintaining high reliability online systems 
• Prior experience in software development a must 
• Experience in leading Agile Development Projects 
• CSM preferred 
• Experience managing and overseeing multiple projects, all at different stages 
• Proven analytical and problem solving skills 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to an audience and lead meetings, both externally and internally 
• Experience with Microsoft Project preferred. 

Responsibilities: 
• Provide day-to-day project management to ensure successful product delivery by establishing clear goals, leading project teams, identifying potential issues/risks and developing contingency plans, tracking progress against milestones and providing overall coordination and communication. 
• Interact closely with colleagues, management, and the user community to understand their needs as they relate to systems initiatives. 
• Create and present proposals, business cases, and project statuses to key stakeholders. 
• Coordinate multiple cross-functional teams on product initiatives through effective communication and organizational efforts. 
• Manage project budgets, scheduling, planning and vendor resource assignment and track vendor performance including billing against budget and contract. 
• Experience negotiating and building consensus 
• Utilize sound decision making skills and communicate well with other team members and business users. 
• Identify problems proactively and recommends solutions
