Description:    Origination, structuring and marketing of ABS to  customers. This individual will be expected to work to create and promote SI's (Securities) ABS product business from scratch. 
EXPERIENCE: At least 5 years of relevant experience related to marketing, negotiation and closing of ABS transaction. Should be knowledgeable of latest ABS market from securities sales stand point as well. Experience with origination, structuring and execution of securitizations backed by a variety of assets, including aircraft, consumer loans, trade receivables and [commercial loans] 
Capable for origination, structuring ABS and have reliable experience of placement in US market at least through 144A - Proven track record in the syndication and placement of securitizations through the US public and 144a markets. 
SKILLS: Ability to create ABS team in cooperation with existing ASG staff members. 
Type of candidate we are looking for: 
Strong ongoing relationship with Institutional Clients ( West Coast in particular) as a Equity Research Sales (with real clients reference). 
Someone who understands the Group`s main mission (to service both corporate issuers , as well as Investors) ; and someone who is creative in utilizing the available resources. 
Travel and late nights are required from time to time.
