Rate:   $90K - $115K +bonus

        Description:    7+ years in progressively advanced roles such in Technical Support, Quality Assurance or Software Development. The position requires strong troubleshooting skills as well as excellent written and verbal communications skills. Candidate must demonstrate ownership and follow-through in a fast paced mission critical environment while working collaboratively with a wide range of technical and non-technical personnel. 

Work in a self-directed environment where strong teamwork, individual initiative and accountability are highly valued and expected. Personal flexibility and ability to work within a global footprint is a must. 

Essential Job Functions 

Receive support requests through support ticketing system, e-mail and telephone. Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent requests. Troubleshoot, resolve, facilitate and/or escalate issues to completion. 

Requirements 
• 3+ years managing/coordinating a team of software support specialists 
• 7+ years supporting MS Windows client-server applications 
• 4+ years PL SQL and SQL PLUS experience 
• Experience supporting Oracle-backed solutions preferred 
• Familiarity with issue tracking systems and administration 
• MS Office
