Skills required: 
1 Advanced knowledge of Citrix and Citrix Administration – Certification preferred 
2 Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems including: 2008, 2008 R2, and 2003. 
3 Knowledge of application deployment and general knowledge of application troubleshooting. 
4 Knowledge of AppSense and profiling 
5 Proper communication & Coordination skills with customers
