Rate:   $120K - $175K +bonus   
Description:    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field. 
• Significant hands-on experience in solution design, architectural analysis within trading systems (or similar). 
• Good understanding of financial and energy trading markets, especially front and mid office within at least one asset class or product type. 
• Strong Hands-on experience in SQL, PL/SQL. M Oracle 10g and 11g experience. 
• Database design and modeling proficiency and ability to translate client requirements into a logical/physical model, Knowledge of Analytical functions 
• Experience with optimization and performance tuning, experience with ETL is a plus 
• Working knowledge on Unix shell scripting. and good understanding of Perl scripting. 
• Working knowledge of Java will be a plus 
• End-to-end experience in Agile software development lifecycle. 
• Ability to influence and negotiate with clients and team members. 
• Project leadership skills including people management, scope and plan management and tracking. 
• Ability to abstract detail into larger (repeatable) patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques. 
• Openness to travel and work at client offices in and around Boston Ma.
