Description:   
At least 2 years’ experience in a web development position – proficiently with HTML/CSS and JavaScript a must 
At least 2 years of experience in a technical support position – both delivering service and managing it. Such experience in the online media world – advantage 
Significant, proven experience solving technical problems by using technical tools and working with technical teams 
Experience working with remote teams giving 2nd and 3rd level support – a considerable advantage 
Excellent attention to detail 
Experience working with costumer service routines such as SLA, reporting and more. Experience initiating and implementing such procedures in a digital media space – considerable advantage 
Self-motivated to create something out of nothing and make a real impact in the company 
Able to quickly learn about products, technology and clients’ needs 
Able to handle multiple projects, people and ever changing priorities 
Technology-savvy and able to quickly learn what is needed to support implementations and optimizations of clients campaigns
